Job Description

Our Site Manager is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor to strengthen our dedicated and friendly customer services team who put our customers at the heart of everything they do.

In this role, you will help both internal and external customers regarding the collection or delivery of their parcels.

You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively problem-solve, and take accountability and ownership for resolving these issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer queries related to delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Conduct thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
