Confidential in Alderley Edge is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a small team. This telephone-based role would benefit from previous customer service experience and a good telephone manner.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, process customer applications and respond promptly to queries while maintaining confidentiality and working with other departments to deliver high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Experience of the Financial Services sector would be an advanatage.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Alderley Edge.
