Barlow Wood Ltd in Alderley Edge is seeking a customer service advisor to join a small, friendly team. This telephone-based role requires a customer-focused approach and prior call-center or customer service experience is advantageous.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, process applications, upload data to customer files, and help colleagues across departments while maintaining confidentiality and a positive attitude. A bonus is offered and parking is free.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in the Financial Services sector would be an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner
• Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Alderley Edge
