Newbury Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Adviser on a 12 Month FTC based in Abingdon, with cover duties at the Didcot branch as required. The role runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm, plus alternate Saturdays 8.45am-12.15pm, with a salary of £25,753.59.

You will welcome, support and advise customers on savings accounts, performing cashiering and admin tasks as part of a varied daily workload.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
• Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
