Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a manufacturing company based in Rushden. You will manage orders, handle enquiries and maintain communication between customers and internal teams.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, operates 36.25 hours per week, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break, and pays about GBP 27,393.67 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is desirable.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone and email in a professional manner.
• Diagnose customer issues and provide solutions at first contact where possible.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and prevent recurring problems.
• Maintain accurate system information and data integrity.
