Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for an ongoing temporary contract. The role is based in Motherwell with training on-site for 2–3 days before you can work from home, supporting the delivery-location checks and order reviews.

You will mainly use Excel and Outlook; experience with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting is expected. The position is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and local commuting or driving is required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Excel, and Outlook
• Experience or knowledge of using: Vlookups / Pivot Tables / Conditional lists / Conditional formatting / Excel calculations
• Experience of managing processes
• Ability to work in a logical and methodical manner
• Ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time

Responsibilities

• Check compliance of delivery locations and review orders for accuracy
• Review internal systems to monitor deliveries and address issues
• Report concerns to team members regarding delivery locations
