Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a busy construction client in Cowley, Uxbridge. You will respond to inquiries, handle complaints, schedule engineers, and keep records up to date to support a smooth service flow.

This temporary-to-permanent role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with an ASAP start. The position offers a competitive hourly rate around £12.71 and potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Construction/housing/engineering experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Schedule engineers and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely work completion.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate data.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
