Job summary

Rapier Employment have an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator based in Worksop. The role is temporary but with an option to be permanent for the right candidate. Salary is £13.13 per hour with a 37.5-hour week across a 5-day pattern.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years admin experience, be comfortable handling customer calls, and proficient with data input and Microsoft Office. Transportation to site is preferred or accessible by other means.

Qualifications

• At least two years admin experience is essential.
• Own transport is preferable or able to get to site.
• Efficient with inputting data on to systems.
• Generating accurate and timely reports.
• Confident manner on the phone as you will be speaking to customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
• Well organised and capable of managing tasks.
• Good numerical and IT skills.
• Based within a 30-minute commute of Worksop.
