Job summary

Customer Service Administrator

Southam (RURAL LOCATION YOU MUST DRIVE)

Up to £16.25 per hour

Temporary Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Then this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy business that deals with high end custom products. This role is not just a Customer Services role and involved taking your own initiative to deal with what ever may come up. This role is based onsite Monday to Friday and is in a rural location so you must drive.

So what would you be doing?

• Taking incoming calls and returning calls
• Dealing with orders, returns, delivery issues & compliants
• Seeing all issues through from start to finish
• Updating the systems & inputting orders
• Communicating across different departments to solve issues

What experience do you need?

• Highly computer literate preferably with experience using AI.
• At least 3 years Customer Service experience.
• The ability to take ownership and see things through from start to finish.
• You must Drive and have you own car.
• You must be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, if you have a notice this is not the job for you.
