Job description

We're searching for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become a key member of our client's close-knit team. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by providing essential customer service and financial administration support.

The ideal candidate will naturally excel at customer service and communication. We value a keen and proactive approach, someone eager to contribute from day one.

While prior experience in financial administration isn't a prerequisite, you must have a strong willingness to learn new skills and enjoy playing a vital, cross-functional role within the company.



Responsibilities:

* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries
* Process customer orders, issue order confirmations, prepare invoices, and process credit notes
* Communicate with customers to address pricing, delivery time lines, and order amendments
* Support with general office admin including health and safety checks, and distribution of personal protective equipment
* Facilitate the comprehensive management of customer accounts, ensuring all necessary financial and contact details are up to date.
* Support with the monitoring and review of customer credit limits
* Contribute to the timely reporting of overdue accounts, consistent with policy terms
* Process expense claims for both staff and corporate credit cards, along with inputting vendor invoices
* Execute daily bank reconciliations.

Details:

Title: Admin and Finance Assistant

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Location: Maidenhead

Contract: Permanent, full-time (fully office based)
