Job description

  • Negotiating reduction on repair shop quotations
  • Approval of quotations up to $ and reviewing quotations for pre-approval of $5k+

More about you

  • You will be working with external customers and departments across our organisation, as well as suppliers on a daily basis, therefore you will have excellent customer service skills.
  • You will always want to seek a solution for the customer and will remain proactive in your ability to do so.
  • Your clear and concise written and verbal communication skills will help nurture your working relationships for both external customers and internally around AJW.
  • You'll be a natural team player, looking to seek the support and advice of your peers, whilst then providing the same guidance back.
  • We're fast-paced and highly dynamic, you'll remain agile whilst managing a considerable workload. You'll prioritise the workload according to what's urgent and important, whilst completing everything to a high standard.
  • You'll show an interest in building a career in aviation.
  • Preferably, you'll be a whizz at Quantum and AMOS, although we are able to offer full training on this.
