Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Dagenham site on a full-time permanent basis. You will support day-to-day administration of Customer Services, delivering outstanding contract support and service in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include handling emails, SAP order keying, reporting, and providing accurate information to clients. You will work with a dedicated team focused on excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service administration and dealing with internal/external contacts.
• Proficient with SAP for order processing and reporting.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
