Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Port Salford site on a full-time basis. This office-based role supports day-to-day customer service with a focus on accurate SAP order keying and timely reporting.

You will handle emails, resolve queries, generate client reports, and maintain high levels of service in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability, adaptability and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails for internal and external personnel.
• Problem solve for clients and internal departments.
• Meet customer and client expectations.
• Resolve customer and client queries.
• Key in orders on SAP.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus.
• Provide reports for clients in a timely manner.
• ATP control for order releasing.
• Circulate reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other admin tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
