Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Stock Administrator for the Dagenham site on a full-time permanent basis.

The role involves maintaining stock integrity, receiving goods, and supporting the pallet database with strong attention to detail and MS Excel skills. Salary is £27,675 per annum with 4 on 4 off days, 6am–6pm.

Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and stock control is required. Join a collaborative team focused on accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Responsible for managing the Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Completion of reports required on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Work with the Goods In team and assist with receipting process.
• Manage the booking in diary and liaise with hauliers/suppliers regarding late deliveries.
• Responsible for any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.
