Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Port Salford site on a full-time, permanent basis. This office-based role supports day-to-day customer service administration, handling emails, order processing on SAP, and reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain strong customer and client focus.

Qualificações

• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Attention to detail/ accuracy.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Order processing experience.
• Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
• Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.
• Meeting customer and client expectations.
• Resolving customer and client queries.
• Order keying on SAP.
• Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
• Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
• ATP control for Order releasing.
• Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
