We're recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing and successful business based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, contact centres or other customer-facing roles who wants to build a long-term career in a commercial environment.

You do not need an extensive sales background. We are looking for bright, motivated individuals who can communicate effectively, build rapport naturally and enjoy working with customers.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing business customers, developing strong relationships and supporting them with their ongoing requirements. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

This is a varied position that combines customer service, relationship management and commercial awareness.
