Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and relationships within the assigned geographic area.
• Process incoming orders accurately and ensure timely release to the warehouse.
• Respond to customer correspondence on the day of receipt.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound product sales and service calls as identified by manager.
• Meet area KPIs and drive customer loyalty.
