Job summary

Redwood Search is hiring an Internal Account Manager for our busy sales office in the UK. The role focuses on relationship building, growing existing accounts and introducing products to customers, not telesales.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, handle quotations, follow up opportunities and promote new services while ensuring accurate order processing, stock updates and timely responses. The package offers £28,000–£30,000 plus commission (£34,500–£36,500 OTE).

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or account management.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and increase retention.
• Introduce new products and services to customers.
• Manage quotations and follow up to convert sales.
• Generate new opportunities through proactive customer contact.
• Upsell and identify account development opportunities.
• Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
