Overview

Our client is looking for amotivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a CustomerService Representative.

Working alongside their field-basedteams you will also be supporting new sales growth with existing accounts and alsomanaging new leads.

Role

The role of Customer Service Representative is based in theheart of the business and is responsible for looking after the needs ofspecified customers in a geographical area.

Working closely with the Area Sales Manager and otherdepartments, you will be responsible for ensuring customer retention,satisfaction, and account stability, as well as assisting to grow the businesswithin the account

This is a keyrole which requires the highest level of considered customer service to bedelivered.

Understanding andknowledge of the customer base is vital - from order patterns, to buying frequency,to the type of customer they are and the markets they serve.

You will also work cross-functionally,in regular communication with other departments - to answer any questions andresolve any issues - including the field sales team, supply chain team, technicalteam, credit control team, and warehouse team.

The purpose of this role is todeliver market-leading customer intimacy to drive loyalty and ultimatelybusiness growth.
