You will handle inquiries across phone, email and web chat, applying a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend suitable products.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telephone sales, upselling and cross-selling.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
Target-driven and results-focused approach.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, web chat and other channels.
Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend products/services.
Maximise sales through cross-selling, upselling and new customer acquisition.
Negotiate within guidelines to improve conversion and profitability.
Support fuel and ancillary product sales campaigns and prospecting.
Achieve sales, service and performance targets with high-quality customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently within service levels.
Accurately recording customer interactions, quotations and sales activity.
