CRM EXECUTIVE

Are you ready to channel your creativity into elevating our thriving women’s fashion brand? We’re looking for a dedicated CRM Executive who can bring expertise, passion, and innovation to our growing team.

We’re looking for a CRM Executive to support end-to-end customer communications and campaigns for our brand. This includes audience segmentation, campaign planning, build, testing, and deployment, with collaboration across teams.

Location: On-site in Sutton Coldfield – free parking + flexi-hours. Salary: Up to £32K.

We have been running for over five decades as the eCommerce wing of our business, serving over 1 million customers yearly. We provide high quality fashion products in both affordable and luxury ranges. We foster a welcoming environment with opportunities for progression.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

As a CRM Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of customer communications, from audience segmentation and campaign planning through to build, testing, and deployment.

You’ll work closely with designers to brief campaigns and provide feedback, optimise marketing automation to increase engagement and retention, and conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities.

You’ll help track and analyse campaign performance, produce reports for the marketing team, and contribute ideas to improve results. You’ll play an important part in aligning CRM activity with wider business objectives, staying up to date with industry trends, and building your expertise in customer relationship marketing.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

2+ years in a CRM or Email Marketing position.
