A fast-growing luxury fashion brand is looking for a CRM Manager to take the lead on customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape CRM strategy, create impactful campaigns and enhance the customer journey across multiple digital channels.
Working closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams, you’ll be responsible for developing personalised, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS and app notifications.
