Based in Manchester, you will manage Klaviyo campaigns, build segments and personalise messages to drive repeat purchases and revenue, collaborating with ecommerce and marketing teams to scale CRM activity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM and email marketing activity via Klaviyo.
• Plan, build and deploy engaging email campaigns for key audiences.

• Identify opportunities to expand segmentation and improve targeting.

The Role

We're looking for a commercially minded CRM Executive to join their growing e-commerce fashion team and take ownership of the day-to-day customer communications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on CRM experience who is passionate about customer engagement, email marketing and using data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of CRM and email marketing activity through Klaviyo.
• Plan, build and deploy engaging email campaigns across key customer audiences.
• Manage communications around new collection launches, product drops, promotions, sales, events and key trading moments.
• Develop and manage customer segments and audiences to deliver increasingly relevant and personalised communications.
• Identify opportunities to expand audience segmentation and improve customer targeting.
• Write engaging, commercially focused email copy that reflects the brand tone of voice.
• Create and build email campaigns, working with the organic and creative teams where additional design or content support is required.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve engagement, conversion and revenue.
• Analyse key CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, revenue and customer engagement.
• Work with existing automated customer journeys and identify opportunities to optimise and expand lifecycle communications.
• Support the development of the wider CRM strategy as the business scales.
• Test different messaging, creative, audiences and campaign approaches to continually improve performance.
• Maintain high standards across campaign planning, scheduling, segmentation and database management.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce, marketing and organic teams to ensure CRM activity supports wider commercial priorities.

About You

• Previous experience in a CRM, email marketing or e-commerce marketing role.
• Hands-on experience using Klaviyo.
• Experience planning, building and sending email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and audience targeting.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, commercially focused email content.
• A good understanding of the e-commerce customer journey and how CRM can support acquisition, conversion and retention.
