Job summary

Personal Group is seeking a Customer Success Data & Insights Analyst to join our Milton Keynes team. The role combines data analytics with customer success, turning engagement data into actionable insights and QBRs for clients.

You will work with Power BI and Excel to transform datasets, create dashboards and compelling stories for internal and client audiences. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand performance, identify trends, and demonstrate the value of employee

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in data analytics, business, maths, economics, psychology, statistics or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Interest in data analysis, customer insights and business performance.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, employee engagement and benefits data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Transform complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support creation of customer reports, presentations and QBRs.
• Develop engaging data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand performance and tell evidence-based stories.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, benefit utilisation and outcomes.
