Job summary

Boeing Distribution Services III Limited is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for the Burgess Hill, UK facility. The role focuses on meeting customer quality metrics, leading reviews, and coordinating RCCA activities with suppliers and customers to ensure top-tier supplier status.

The position requires experience with RCCA, ERP systems (SAP), and strong English proficiency in a technical environment. Travel up to 10% within the UK is possible, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
• 1+ years of experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).
• Fluent in English on a highly technical and professional level.
• Solid experience with common ERP systems with SAP being highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status.
• Conducting customer quality reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Leads technical calls with suppliers.
• Collaborates internally with supply chain and externally with customers on supplier management and transfer processes.
• Drives RCCA with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Addresses non-conforming events.
• Works with customers on RMA products and MRB documentation.
• Writes quality plans for customer products.
