Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore and maintain operational stability.
• Organize and support QA activities, including projects and monthly reporting requirements.
