Job summary

Verify Europe is seeking a Supplier Quality Agent for a 6-month contract based in Biggin Hill, United Kingdom. The role focuses on ownership of supplier performance, problem solving and implementing corrective actions to maintain operational stability.

The candidate will lead 8D/RCCA activities, coordinate cross-functional efforts and support QA reporting and projects. Strong training delivery and regulatory quality systems knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical field required (aerospace/tech).
• Data collection, analysis and program tracking experience.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.
• Experience delivering training with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA/FAA) preferred; Six Sigma Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) with cross-functional teams.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed and effective.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore operational stability.
• Organize/support QA activities, including projects, monthly reports and reporting requirements.
