Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical field (e.g., technology, documentation, writing, or related).
• Strong data collection, analysis, and program-tracking experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting.
• Experience delivering training with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience writing policies and procedures and coordinating related projects.
• Experience with benchmarking and documentation mapping.
• Knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA/FAA) and QA methods.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own production disruptions related to supplier performance.
• Lead structured problem-solving such as 8D and RCCA with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore operational stability.
• Organize QA activities including projects, monthly reports, and reporting requirements.
