Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Supplier Quality professional in the United Kingdom to ensure supplier products, services and processes meet contractual and regulatory requirements. You will manage supplier performance, develop quality plans and lead improvement initiatives within a globally diverse team.

The role requires experience in aerospace quality systems, supplier management, and the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance. On-site work in the Gosport area with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality within aerospace or defense environments.
• Ability to obtain SC clearance.
• Knowledge of QMS (e.g., AS9100) and related processes.
• Experience working with diverse global teams.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance environments (MRO).
• Familiarity with aerospace regulatory frameworks (MAA, EASA, CAA).
• Knowledge of supplier software quality requirements.
• AS9100 lead auditor certification is a plus.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP methodologies.
• Lean/CI qualifications or certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform supplier quality activities to ensure conformance to requirements and regulations.
• Manage suppliers supporting component exchange and services programs.
• Develop and execute quality plans and improvement actions.
• Educate and coach on the Quality System and processes.
• Build relationships with customers, peers, and suppliers.
