Job summary

Boeing Distribution Services III Limited in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom, is seeking a Supplier Field Representative EMEA to support supplier quality, compliance and performance across the EMEA region. You will act as the liaison between Boeing Distribution and suppliers, driving improvements and ensuring products meet regulatory standards.

Travel up to 50% within the UK and Europe. The role requires 3+ years in supplier quality management, aerospace experience, and strong supplier audits

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supplier quality management or related field.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits and on-site evaluations.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve supplier manufacturing and quality performance through ongoing evaluation and support.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and on-site evaluations to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate nonconformances, escapes, and corrective actions to maintain product quality and reliability.
• Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address supplier issues.
• Assist the Expeditor team with follow-ups and supplier escalations to ensure timely resolution of supply chain challenges.
• Ensure supplier compliance with Boeing requirements, customer specifications, aviation/industry standards, and regulatory and quality system requirements.
• Review supplier processes related to manufacturing, inspection, documentation, traceability, and material control to uphold quality standards.
• Partner with sourcing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve supplier issues effectively.
