Alexander Fisher Executive Search LLP is seeking a confident and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join the Bishop's Stortford sales team. You will own customer orders from entry through completion, coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication across departments.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive chasing for information, and strong relationship-building with customers and internal teams to meet agreed delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order processing, order progression or sales coordination.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders from entry to completion and dispatch.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Planning and Production to track delivery dates.
• Provide accurate, timely progress information to the sales team.
• Identify delays early and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and update internal systems with order status.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to meet promises.
