Job summary

Brenntag UK Limited is seeking a capable administrator to support the Dublin SAP implementation from Belfast. You will be the primary customer contact for Brenntag Dublin, coordinating orders and communicating requirements while collaborating with operations, quality and logistics teams.

In time, your role will expand to broader SAP change initiatives within the UK SAP programme. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and experience with SAP or ERP

Qualifications

• Business administration experience in a busy office environment.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary end-to-end customer contact, processing customer sales orders and communicating changes to requirements.
• Coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders ensuring on-time delivery with operations and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with operations, quality and transport teams to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Support the transition to SAP by reviewing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
