Job summary

Brenntag Belfast is seeking a proactive Business Administrator to support our Dublin depot during its SAP implementation journey. You will act as the primary customer contact, manage orders and communications, and work with operations, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and compliant documentation.

As the SAP rollout progresses, you will gain SAP exposure and contribute to process improvements, driving better service and efficiency across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Business administration experience within a busy office environment, ideally with exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
• Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt positively within a changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary end-to-end customer contact, processing customer sales orders and acknowledgements.
• Coordinate fulfilment of customer orders with operations, stock control and customs teams.
• Collaborate with operations, quality and transport teams to ensure compliant and timely documentation.
• Support the transition to SAP by reviewing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
