Job summary

Brenntag in Belfast is supporting a SAP implementation journey for the Dublin depot. The Belfast role acts as the main customer contact during the transition, linking customers with operations and driving process improvements as SAP is rolled out.

Qualifications

• Business administration experience in a busy office environment.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary end-to-end customer contact, processing sales orders, issuing order acknowledgements and proactively communicating any changes to customer requirements.
• Coordinate the successful fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring delivery on time and in full by working closely with operations, stock control and customs teams.
• Collaborate with operations, quality and transport teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and issued in a timely manner while supporting efficient logistics planning.
• Support the transition to SAP by reviewing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to more efficient operational planning and customer service processes.
• Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful business operations.
