Job summary

Marshall Nissan Doncaster is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings and keeping clients informed from drop-off to collection.

You will welcome customers at the front of house, manage follow-ups to maintain strong relationships, and perform admin tasks accurately while advising on maintenance, repairs and service plans.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
• Ability to manage own workload and customer base with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings and guiding customers from drop-off to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them informed throughout the service process.
• Proactively manage follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Complete administration accurately and efficiently; support customers with future vehicle needs.
• Advise customers on maintenance, repairs and service plans as needed.
