Job summary

Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team. You will act as the main link between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, updates, and collections with a professional and proactive approach.

The role offers a 45-hour week over full-time hours, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis, a competitive basic and OTE, life assurance, pension, and exclusive employee perks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-of-house role experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Organised with good attention to detail and ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between customers and workshop, guiding service from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house, inform them throughout the process, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete admin tasks efficiently, advise on future vehicle needs, and promote maintenance plans.
