Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Doncaster. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences within the aftersales function. You will support customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.

No prior industry experience is necessary as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and must hold a full UK Driving licence.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with the ability to listen to customers’ needs.
• Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for customers.
• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the aftersales function.
• Provide support and guidance to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
• Book in customers and arrange courtesy cars as needed.
• Advise customers on aftersales products that suit their needs.
• Resolve customer queries effectively.
