Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a friendly front-of-house Customer Service Advisor to deliver a seamless experience from booking through to collection across our workshop services. You will welcome customers, keep them informed and build strong relationships to drive satisfaction.

You will handle admin tasks efficiently, assist with future vehicle needs and act as a trusted advisor on maintenance, repairs and service plans.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage workload and customer base.
• Professional and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and use dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at front of house and manage bookings.
• Keep customers informed from booking to collection.
• Complete admin tasks accurately and maintain follow-ups.
• Advise on maintenance, repairs and service plans.
• Promote service plans and upsell where appropriate.
