Group 1 Automotive's Volkswagen Norwich is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in the workshop. You will warmly welcome customers and keep them informed about progress, ensuring transparency and trust.

You will develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training and actively promote additional services to maintain vehicle health and boost service revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers and colleagues effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Strong time management with ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a target-driven environment and meeting goals.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the day
• Keep customers informed on progress of repairs with transparency
• Develop product knowledge and participate in manufacturer-led training
• Promote additional services and repairs based on recommendations to maintain vehicle health
• Schedule vehicles for appointments accurately and efficiently
• Make pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address questions
• Maintain accurate customer records in our systems
