Job summary
Group 1 Automotive is offering an Apprentice Service Advisor role at the Volkswagen Van Centre Norwich. You will learn by doing, handling bookings, customer interactions, and administration while gaining a formal qualification over an 18-month programme.

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths, English and Science required or equivalent.
- Demonstrated punctuality and timekeeping.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a customer service role.
Responsibilities
- Frontline customer service: greet customers, book appointments and manage enquiries.
- Handle administration: invoices and warranty claims training provided.
- Collaborate with workshop and management to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Assist in upselling accessories and service plans as trained.
