Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for Volkswagen Peterborough. You will be the main point of contact for customers while vehicles are in the workshop, delivering trusted experiences and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers and colleagues.
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a target-driven role and meeting goals.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep customers informed on progress of vehicle repairs with transparency.
• Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
• Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations.
• Schedule vehicles for appointments in the workshop accurately.
• Make pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our systems.
