Job summary

North Wales Volkswagen, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing and consulting on servicing and keeping customers updated.

You will liaise with technicians, ensure vehicles are ready on time, and offer the best advice on products and services. Flexible patterns including weekends are available, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong customer service background and ability to handle a busy environment with high service standards.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing and keep them updated at each stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and readiness.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers.
