Vertu Ford Newcastle is seeking a Service Advisor to join our friendly, well-established team at the heart of the dealership. You’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.

You’ll welcome customers, understand their service needs, keep them informed, and spot opportunities to suggest additional services. Previous customer-facing experience and strong communication are essential.
