Screwfix Direct Ltd is looking for a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, guide them to products, and ensure smooth in-store experience. You’ll be part of a busy team delivering friendly service and maintaining high standards throughout shifts.

From the store floor to stock and deliveries, you’ll stay busy with varied tasks and training opportunities, supporting a healthy work-life balance and a promising career with Screwfix.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Warehouse standards – you’ll assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders and keeping standards high
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, work together and have lots of fun along the way!
