Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products. You’ll help with deliveries, stock checks, and picking customer orders while maintaining high standards in a busy store.

You’ll join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and enjoy varied shift patterns to support work-life balance. The role focuses on great service, clear communication, and a friendly, reliable presence in-store.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Warehouse standards – you’ll assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders and keeping standards high
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, work together and have lots of fun along the way!
