Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Staines is seeking a Customer-facing Retail Security Officer to help create a safe, welcoming store environment in a premium retail setting.

You will maintain a secure environment, support customers and colleagues, and respond to incidents, helping protect people, stock and the store's reputation. The role offers £14.90 per hour with guaranteed 45 hours per week, full training, and access to Mitie benefits through our wider retail security team.

Qualifications

• 5 years trackable UK work history required.
• Background in retail, hospitality, customer service or security is acceptable.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Professionalism and emotional intelligence required.
• Calm, confident and customer-focused approach under pressure.

Responsibilities
