Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is looking for a proactive Team Member to join the store on 8-hour shifts. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and work closely with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.

Key duties include excellent communication, active participation in training, and ownership of tasks while supporting other stores when required. A friendly attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role.

• Adhere to all operational practices (stock, health and safety, stock takes).
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store and back-of-house areas.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and performance vs. targets.
• Be aware of best-sellers to help drive sales growth.
