Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a Team Member to join our store in a full-time capacity (40 hours). You will deliver a fantastic customer experience, maintain product knowledge and work closely with the team to keep the store running smoothly.

The role involves stock handling, health and safety practices, and contributing to sales targets. We look for great people skills, excellent customer service, calm problem solving, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer and meet service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Maintain strong, clear communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and team sessions.
• Own tasks and lead by example for others.
• Follow operational practices including stock deliveries and health & safety standards.
• Keep store areas neat, including stockroom and back of house.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance.
