Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Team Member to deliver an excellent customer experience in-store. You will maintain strong product knowledge and communicate effectively with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly.

You will participate in training and take ownership of assigned tasks, while adhering to health and safety standards and stock procedures. The role emphasizes guest service, stock replenishment, housekeeping, and supporting other stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and focus on delivering great experiences for customers.
• Strong communication with team and customers to ensure smooth store operations.
• Willingness to participate in training and contribute positively to team sessions.

• Ensure health & safety standards, stock processes and housekeeping are maintained.

Responsibilities
