Job summary

Motorpoint in Derby is hiring for a Sales Support role, delivering excellent customer service over the phone and in person while handling administration and CRM tasks.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rota including weekends, with a £13 per hour base plus bonus. A full UK driving licence and strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
• Manage administration tasks and resolve customer queries
• Use CRM to track and resolve customer cases
• Understand customer needs and hand over to the right team
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
• Work as part of a team to meet NPS targets each month
